it's so hard to master english!!!

i have learned english for 8 years, but it is really hard for me to speak it fluetly!!! I choked meeting an englishi-speaking man today!!! embrassing!!! who knows the effective ways to master english?

jingjingxiongmao thans for your advice. I am not confident and afraid of making mistakes. still, there is no english-speaking atmosphere for me. but I will do more readings and listenings. thanks.
