what is the best way on mylot to make somw good money? how many responses and discussions do you have to do to make about $400.00 extra a month? or am i just kidding myself :)?

i am a mother of 2 a 4year old girl and 7 year old boy. there great kids but in this phase. does it get any better? do they eventually grow out of the disrespecting? what do i do to better the situation of the phase?
