Is it good to sleep during the day ?

Hi there. I have a question for all of ya out there. Do you think it is good to sleep during the day, besides 8 hour of night sleep ? If so, when do you think it's the best time to do it ?

joannedane I think maybe, it depends on you really. But it is much better to sleep at night to have a productive day and not just a "lazy day" where you are just sleeping or lying on your bed. Live life everyday to the fullest and of course don't forget to take a sleep...

taylor swift launched her latest album "RED" what you guys think about it ? I like it but i think "FEARLESS" was her best album. And i also dont like her new look she is beautiful but she looks more pretty in her old look.
