I have this problem. Whenever I think that I should go ahead and talk to some person in some gathering.. I never am able to do so. I think a lot, but then take back my step and refrain from going ahead. Is this shyness??

I have this problem..... My browser(Mozilla) keeps on getting hanged and i have to send a talkback message.This consumes a lot of my download.It closes suddenly. What is the problem? Are u aware of such a problem ? Can u help...
