I"m one of them.Worked your way to the top, maintained your lofty position month after month, diligently fulfilling your deliverables, taking on site-wide projects in the side only to be bypassed in the end.

jojo02241979 True. I hate to say this but i am beginning to think that you have to literally blow your own horn or actually caddy your big bosses to move up. Its sad but that's exactly what is happening now. Promotion should be based on what you have done and who you have...
