jollsjlupin I try to write as often as I can. I too find it to be very therapeutic. It's a good way to let out some frustrations and worries from the day. Writing and playing my musical instruments are the two therapeutic tools in my life.

jollsjlupin My favorite Fray songs are also How to Save a Life and Over my Head. I love them. The Fray has a unique sound to their voices that is really captivating and enthralling. Love this group!
