If you are the only one who can earn the money and for earning you have to move some other location alone, in that case what you will be going to do either select the job or looking to family staying with them??

Boingboing @jolly14 : if two companies offer a similar job but one pays more and everything else is similar, then take the one that offers the money. I always negotiate hard on the way INTO a company because once they've got you, they often give you nothing more after....
