How many of you think it is worth sitting for hours in mylot?

To earn 1$, it seems one has to keep posting discussions, loading images, referalls etc and spending about 7,8 hours mimimum (maybe 4 hours for more experienced here) do you think it is too much of hard work here?

neeraj07 You shouldn't take mylot as your first priority job. I think its good for timepass and alongwith that you get some money out of it. I think that should be ur approach to mylotting

With the cost of health insurance rising for businesses, do you think they should be allowed to not hire someone on the basis they are a smoker (which can be determined by a pre-employment screening, similiar to a drug test) since...

KrauseHome It would depend on what the Job entails. If it is working with patients, I think they need to Practice what they Preach or not be in that field. But for most jobs, I think Smoking should not play a factor, including Health insurance. Just wish it could be...

missybal No, but I think the rules they are enforcing that smokers much be so far away from the building before they may smoke and only have so much time to take a smoke break is helping people to quit anyways.
