recently I find my speaking English is so poor. who can help me and give some suggestions in improving my oral English. Many times I feel shy when I found myself saying something wrong.

jscaz1314 When I am in the office today,my phone rings and I take it.I found this people who calling me is a foreign.This is my first time to talk to the foreigner.Evenly I cannot understand what he say through the whole talk. What can I do now?

jscaz1314 you are a clever one to have a exercise in your brain. When I use the mobile phone and send the messages ,I will use my left hand and then I can make my right brain agility. have a great day!
