Does it really help? There are lots of negative websites against it.

jules99 Was not aware it could help against panic attacks. Have been have severe panic attacks in the last few months as well as depression so hopefully it should help me. Thanks.

jules99 I was a recovering bulimic but my weight shot up to 215 so not anymore. I think I am the only bulimic in the world that has always been overweight. I have never been less than 170lbs, but I was happy at that weight.
