How does a child lose weight?

My daughter is 6 years old and she is over weight and I know some of it is my fault because I let her eat what ever. Now I am watching what she eats but she sometimes she sneaks food or hounds me for hours for food. What can I do?...

kailash30 thanks ,but I want to know how to maintain the normal health,If any one can suggest any idea ,then I wel come them....No doubt I am consulting doctor ...But no satisfing result from that side...so I wants your help
