I was reading an article yesterday and saw a picture of Boy George. I was shocked at how much weight he has lost since the last time I saw a picture of him! Look at the picture and see what a difference!...

KAZIM AKBAS Wow! There is an appear diffirence between two photos.Is 5 hour gaps between meals benefical for loosing weight? Is it useful? Is there somebody who has used this and lost weight?
