I use to live away from my house..and I never take serious note on what I'm eating but I use to read everywhere that one should eat healthy food... I just want to know whether people really notice what they are eating ? I mean...

kamit24 I also use to walk daily but the time is not fixed.....actually I've to walk to some distance while going to office daily....but my diet is not controlled..most of the time its out of control..I think I've to make a fix chart of what I've to eat or how many...

kamit24 hummm.....lot of thoughts.....even I'm very lazy doing any physical activities...only do a short walk...nothing else....but in the past I was very athletic..used to do lot of gym...and other exercises...but now a days gained a lot of weight....well may be I'll...

kamit24 Yes I totally agree with ur views...People are entitled to what they like as long as they are not hurting other people...even I don't see anything wrong in it........thanks a lot for ur response....

After long hectic day of work...I think we all look for a happy moment...In the past I use to spend time with my friends...but now I search for those moments playing with my little daughter..what u guys do ??

kamit24 that's really nice going out with family is a good thing...but in my case spending time with friends is not happened any more..as all are busy now... thanks for response :)

Friends I'd invested most of my savings in equities and mutual funds and now my portfolio is going very down....could you guys please give me some tips to stop losing money any more....my portfolio is showing more then 40%...

kamit24 yeah always hope for the best...i think your right i have to be patient..actually whenever i see my portfolio my tension rises and my invester used to say we will sell old funds and buy new ones ...but i don't know what is going in his mind may be those are...

I think its a good topic to discuss as in the current Economic crisis world wide its really becoming tough to secure our job in other words its becoming a status symbol now to have a secure job. As many big companies are showing...

kamit24 yes dear ur absolutely right how can we expect secure jobs...if such crisis going on. you said ur saving ur money..but that is also not safe if ur going to invest it in market i mean equities or funds. thanks for ur reply:)

kamit24 yeah ur right...we can't predict what is going to happen...its not that only people who are under performers are getting fired in some cases the best ones also axed ...in case there department gets closed:) thanks buddy for ur response:)
