At what age should a person leaves his/her parent?

I wonder what is the best age at which a person must become independent from his parents and get out of home? What do you think of a person that spends all his/her life in parent's home? do you think that a bad thing and why?

kampupot Here in the Philippines, family ties is very strong. Even at age 18, they are still living with their parent sometimes even with their own family. This only shows the strong family ties of Filipinos, but it should have some limitations. In my own opinion, if...
