Gums problem

I had problems with my gums. When brushing my teeth, my gums bleed. I not brush my teeth strongly. My gums are also being eroded. I am very worried about this situation. Does anyone ever have aproblem like this?

karlim Aka, dental floss is a bundle of thin nylon or plastic filaments used to removes dental plaque and food remaining stuck between the teeth. You can google the picture by searching dental floss ^ ^

What do you think about my potato salad?

This is the second salad I made recently after the avocado salad, basically I just put boiled potatoes + cherry tomatoes + cucumber into a salad bowl and toss them in mayonnaise + lemon juice dressing and topped with Parmesan...

karlim She is a 40+ years old lady, and I think she got some soft of mild panic attack symptoms when working with others, everything gone through her hand will become complicated. I've tried talking to her nicely about our works, but somehow she takes my words so...

karlim In general, nicotine patches are quit expensive in many countries, I hope the government can subsidies the nicotine patches or any product that can help people quit smoking.

karlim Please don't say the teenagers are stupid, they are just lack of health education, and they can be educated to quit smoking effectively compare to those who had been smoking for ages.
