How to adjust to your office mate?

I have a friend that his problem is her office mate. it's hard for him to adjust that kind of situation even though your work is easy but the people around you is not good.

Long break!!

Hey buddies!! How r u guys.. so it was a long break for me.. quite happening 20 days..travelled outstation. . Fell sick. . Son was not well.. had 2 fasts in a row... phew.. Now tomorrow appearing for an interview and next week...
