I have a 2 year old, who is almost 3. She'll turn 3 in Janurary. And I also have a 5 month old, who was a preemie. Do you have any children? If so, how old?

kcabers1 Sadly it doesnt end. My 27 yr old still has to be told no and stop and all that.

kcabers1 Thanks for responding. I love Christmas and man its here. I went today and layed away a lot of stuff it gave me a little spirit. Every year I bake a lot of cookies and candies and box it up and put it on the neighborhoods door steps.

kcabers1 Exactly and no matter how much you increase your income your prices keep going up. Where I live people have just stop buying homes because the prices are way more than the average american can afford.
