Is your Money Earning at least 10% per Annum?

To grow your money, a businessman said that you should put your money where it is earning at least 10% per annum. Is your money earning that percentage? How do you do it?

kclim8 In my country of residence, I am fortunate to be able to achieve a return of 40-45% pa through property investment.
