My neibour is impossible.

kelticdragonfly My upstairs neighbors are very noisy. They are awake at all hours of the night vacuuming and stuff. There are 3 adults and none of them works, so they are at home all the time. I have to tap on the wall with a cane to get them to be quiet sometimes.
