kenmurrell That is one of my favorite Maiden songs ever! Also, I just have this thing for "Wasted Years". Seems like it was almost made to try to get on radio or something, maybe to draw new listeners(back then), but it still rocks my socks off

kenmurrell Yeah, mainly during the 80's and early 90's. I always looked forward to seeing him in some small part. I think he quit doing it after he was hit by the vehicle and was off his feet for awhile.

What's the best martial arts I could easily learn at my age?

I'm 22 and have been interested in studying martial arts since I was kid. My mother wouldn't let me go to classes because she'd say it's a sport best left for the males. Now that I could afford to take classes without my parents...

kenmurrell I recommend Combat Hapkido. No fancy kicks, no brute strength needed, no "forms" to learn. You learn techniques that are practical to self-defense and that can be applied to any age group.

kenmurrell Tang Soo Do is also a Korean art. One of the famous practicioners is Chuck Norris, believe it or not. not kidding, this isnt a Chuck Norris joke. It also uses powerful kicks and in my opinion more hand strikes than TKD--they are very karate like in manner.

kenmurrell As with any sport, incuding TKD, stretching is a very integral part. I have found that through the years, if I didnt stretch I was very,very sore afterwards. Properly stretching and warming up will reduce the healing time with most injuries, knocks and dings...
