recently paypal changed user agreement for india according to that, any balance in and all future payment into paypal account may not be used to buy goods or services and must be transferred to your bank account in India within...

Going to buy Mustang

i just got a deal from my car dealer..its Mustang GT Premium for $8k..it has 10,000 miles..its in very good shape and condition. and its 5 speed..Can you please let me know your views on this if its a good buy or not.
