khayshenz That sounds kind of fun - especially the beach bit. Well, vary the routine a little and I'm sure it'll be less boring (and I should take my own advice). After all, variety is the spice of life.

khayshenz I've used those sites but rarely though. I like eatingwell because it targets eating better (i.e. high fiber, low fat, etc). And the calories per serving are also in each recipe. Thanks for sharing! I hope you find some recipes that you'll like from eating...

khayshenz Yeah you're welcome. Use them as often as you'd like. I actually found the sites from Discovery Channel's website regarding health, fitness, and diet. Pretty interesting stuff!

khayshenz "On the spot running" huh? Well, try going out for just 30 minutes. Just do a run walk. Do it for two weeks - then let me know if that's helping any. I can almost guarantee that it'll help not just losing the mid-section, but with the energy level. Good luck...

khayshenz P.S. I eat the skin - I don't see why you shouldn't. There's tons of good stuff in that skin. I guess that's a preference thing though.
