It is better to use a cheats to an online games or not?

I been playing an online games for 5 years. All my friends always asking me to find a cheats or hack in every games we played. I hope you can tell the advantages and disadvantages of it.

kidmine maybe you right because sometimes there are some online games who really hard to level up and you know what cheats are made to be done. and i really appreciated what do you think is right.
