All of my teeth are damaged

I now it is because of how i eat, i chew food so slow and the dentist said that it causes my food to become acidic and it destroys my teeth, but i just can't help it. I cannot change the way i eat, since i feel like i am chocking...

Benjamin_S I am confused with what the dentist has said. We've been thought that eat slowly, chew your food well etc. then how come that's now not true? Don't eat less. It's not at all good for health. If you can't change the way you eat, best brush your teeth soon after...

Carl Halling I'm no expert, but I would have said it's good for your system to eat slowly; and that wolfing food down is bad for you. But I would never say you should eat less: you need to eat, and if you eat slowly, then so you do. And just drinking liquids would not...
