Spam, how to fight it?

Do you receive a lot of spam in your mailbox? Do you trust antispam filters? Have you ever lost important legitimate e-mails because of your filters? Do you have any suggestions or remedies against spam?

Nancy Zink @king_arthur I cannot imagine getting that many in my spam. I go down the list and sometimes there are some real ones there but I never open any I don't know. I had to many problems getting hacked through the years.
