ZephyrSun I alway try to take a nap. I use the excuse that my 4 year old needs a nap but mostly it's for me. We always lay down together and talk for several minutes and then go to school. It's a really big deal for him and I sorta a bonding monument.

snowy I cant sleep during the day, but I do always try to lay down and take alittle rest during the day. I need to relax frequently, so I dont get carpal tunnel symdrome from typing on the computer all day and all night.

ycpgoldberg I'll just feel very frust every time I wake up from my nap. Maybe because of the hot weather here, but most people here will feel very frustrated every time wake up from afternoon nap.

nicholejade I usually always take an afternoon nap. I don't feel guilty for it at all. Why should I? There is nothing wrong with the little cat naps in the afternoon. I take them cause I don't sleep too well at night. I have a back injury and sleep on average 2 - 3 hours...
