Kingess I just LOVE curly hair! I have relaxed hair so its straight. But when my hair is wet it curls and shrinks into a nice bob! I acualy look good when its like that but i don't know how to make it stay that way or if its good for my hair

What exactly does perming your hair mean? From what i heard its making your hair curly with chemicals! Can a person with relaxed hair perm it to make it curly?

Kingess I am only 16, and i get hooked on the mirror. I must look at myself in mirrors...car windows...glass windows...not cause im afraid i look old but cause i want to see what everyone else sees when they look at me.
