Incense Ash

What are some other uses for incense ash? I always save the ash for no reason but now that i think about it i wanna use it for stuff but i just don't know what i can use it for.

I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs. I have no set timeframe :3 currently ive cut out soda mostly. i used to drink alot of it. i drink alot of water, tea and juice currently. and i use the bicycle in the fitness room at my complex...
