Do you think kids under 15 should have a facebook?

In my personal opinion I believe kids under the age of 15 should absolutely not obtain a Facebook page because what I've seen on face book is truly not apropriate for them I believe kids should be more focused on school work...

As i began to learn more and more about MyLot, i noticed that to the right of our names are numbers, some far more larger than others and some way more smaller than others,and i also seen my number increase what do these number...
