Should children be allowed carrying cellphones in schools???

In my region the schools are against it and parents are very careful about their kids.They don't allow them with cell phones.. There are many ill effects of the cell phones. But if the parents are working,then the cell phones...

kkrocks17 i think kids should be as long as they keep it in thier locker so like when they have a subitute they have a phone to use to call thier parents and so if they have no friends they have a phone
