I want to QUIT smoking!

How on earth do you people do it? I've tryed the patches, tried cutting down, tried the gum... Some people I know have been able to quit cold turkey.. So have I but after about a week I give in and buy another pack.. Smoking...

kliba26 I smoke too and I know it would be hard to quit!! I need them when Im stressed, dont know what I would do if I didnt smoke for those reasons...
