i've been doing good in my company and had been one of the top most employee...then one day a certain company called and wants me to work for them offering me a higher compensation and salary... i don't want to bias my own company...

i had been in this company for a long time now...everything was just so good...i have a good pay...a good work environment and everybody had been so close already...but i just got fed up...i don't know the reson why...i wnat to...
