Tree Lighting

I am sure by now there are lots of sign of the Holidays. In our town we had the tree lighting last night and the Santa Claus parade tonight. What traditions does youyr country have this time of year?

kokkosgirl09 Right now all that is happening here is they start putting up lights and decorations for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then around Christmas we have a couple of parades, but as far as that there is really nothing else here.
