I Dont know ? What do you think , and what do you think that the best type of diet shoudl be to help you lose weight. ive heard of all differnmt diets and none actually really properly work! Dieting tablets are also a scam too!...

koolkirsty12 =] i know that exercise is the beat way , but do you know what the best kind of exercise is to help lose weight on your arms and stomach. i know sit ups help quite alot but im not complwtly sure on what to do !

koolkirsty12 Ha Ha If We carry on writing five sentences in each comment thingy. we we actually get paid . i dont understand how this thign works to be honest lol , i think it could just be a laod of crap , but thats just me . does anyone else have an opinion on this?
