how do i sleep without missing my chores?

iam unable to sleep due to the disturbances.so i want to know how to manage to do both the things satisfactorily......to sleep n do my duties...................

krlakshmi thank you.doctors do not prescribe tranquilisers easily.i will try to follow u'r suggestion.my tensions and responsibilities started late in life, according to Indian standards,at the age of 53.my daughters are yet to finish their education settle down in job...

krlakshmi please do not allow every book u read to change u'r thinking process.please take things easy.its okay if u can not under stand the book u have read just now.u read it foe this once for time pass.one need not spend every living moment in a useful way.squander...
