jg32675 Green tea is also good for your immune system, correct? A friend of mine swears by green tea lattes when she feels a cold coming on.

TerryZ I dont think it will help you lose weight. I know its suppose to be good for you, but I cant stand the stuff. And I have tried it several times. Its just not for me. Cheers

ownado I don't know about it, I think I've drunk green tea once already but can't tell you if it's true or not that it helps you losing weight. So, I don't remember when (or if it was really) I drunk green tea but I like every tea in general and they're good for...

delina123 I have never tried it because I dont drink tea.I heard the same thing. If it really works then that is what I should be drinking.
