kurasa thank you for your advise there foxybrown. here's my definition of calm anyway : sitting a lot like an old one, but bark or howl sufficiently, playing is optional. trick? sitting and watching tv, pretend to listen is enough for me :) how dyou suggest?

I know it depends on the individuals hair type...but how often do you wash your hair?? I wash mine everyday, as it always goes greasy the day after i've washed it. Have you any tips??

kurasa greasy? maybe you should consider using 'plain' n natural shampoo. without any addition like moisturizer or conditioner
