Bribery in Pharmaceuticals

Doctors are basically bribed through gifts by pharmaceutical companies to promote the drugs that those companies make... Is this a fair and right thing to do?

kwagga true, but the thing is they get paid more too for promoting their drugs... if it doesnt hurt the patient, wouldnt you do it for money? kind of screwed up I think
