Low payout in some ptc sites

Hi mylotters, this is my first post in this site.Anyway recently I saw a lot of ptc sites are offering low payout as low as $0.01 and I believe this either a good sign or a bad one. What do you all think?

ladyazreen thanks for the advice. Nice point using sites that pays in euro rather than US dollar. I agree the conversion rate is much higher for Euros than Dollar.
