During a job inteview, should you be honest with all your answers?

I know this might be absurd to everyone since we must really be honest during a job interview. However, let me give a special case. Let's say you are a former manager of a top company but you don't have a job right now....

ladymehiel I would rather say half of the truth, let's say that that person asks me about my job so i simply say to that person that i don't have a job because i don't consider street vendor as a job, i would think of if as "hobby" I don't mind working as a street...
