I have problem with reading. My entire work comes to a standstill as I cannot seem to keep a book down till I finish the last page. Do you have the same problem?

emeraldisle Oh I'm the same way with a book. If it's good once I get started I want to finish it. I often finish books within a day or less depending on the size of the book. Just how I am. I've never been able to put one down once I get started.

oarnamav Definitly the eye exercise helps you to improve your sight in some way. Vision is our most precious sense. Our eyes are in constant use every waking minute of every day. The way we use our eyes can determine how well we work throughout our lifetime....

Reading is my passion. I used to read even in the night. But I soon had to wear spectacles, because of minus number. Is there any relation between reading in the night and eyesight?

lordwarwizard I starting wearing glasses when I was weeny (because I read a lot too) and it's not half bad. :P If you read in inadequate light, it is naturally for your eyes to strain more. This would tax them unduly and affect your eyesight negatively.

samson1967 I am a University graduate, and used to read for more than 10 hours during exams time. But I never went to an optician as my views are very clear. Hence I can boldly say that reading at nights will not harm the eyesight.
