How to keep fit while working with computers?

Most of us need to work with computers in our daily life. Please provide some suggestions to keep fit while we have to work.

larrywhite345 I working for 8 hours every day in front of computer. And when I get back home, usually I will spend 2 more hours with computers. Taking rest regularly is the best way to keep fit. :)
