What does it mean and why did you pick it? Mine is a mixture of my first name and a random mashed up word. Leo for Leonard, and Dusme is the mash. Lol.

Hi. How do I get a photo to appear next to my name? I currently have a default one, with a green background and a man smiling, shaded in white. I think its called my avatar, or my profile picture. How do I change it? Thanks :)
