So, finally Big Sam gets his man in Joey Barton....but remember, this guy has a horrendous track record - stubbing out a cigar in a fellow players eye, assaulting a schoolboy fan, and assaulting a fellow player on the training...

levi15791 I think we need a whole new defence, our attacking options are sorted. Perhaps a young holding midfielder as butt is getting on, but I would like a new back four that will provide cover for shay given. On his day he is the best keeper in the prem.

well he had taken over and he has already got rid of Bramble, Craig Moore and Olivier Bernard, and keeper Srnicek have all been told there contracts will not be renewed. so that leaves us with a lot of gaps for new players to make...
