I surf the internet for many years, but I don't play games, only chat. Actually, I just feel nothing done, like in online to kill time. I really don't want to waste a lot of time,and money. Who can tell ma how can i do ?

winterose limit yourself to the internet, say you will only spend so many hours a day, and stick to it, don't go over that.

Kumaresan hello there... i think the basic technique is exercise, exercise and exercise... everyday morning, wake up like 6am and get yourself active by taking coffee or something else... then you warm up yourself for 10 minutes and then go out and start jogging......
