For those of you that have a hard time sleeping, roll on primrose and lavender oil works wonder. Just rub the oil onto the soles of your feet and big toe and in no time you will be in dreamland. Works for me everytime. Hope this...

moon @Libear2498 if you have access to jasmine flower,you can put it beside your pillow and you will have a great sleep.
