Headaches......

What do you take when you get a headache? How often do you usually get headaches? I usually take some Advil and that works pretty good for me most of the time.

lifeisbeautiful09 I use aromatherapy to deal with headache. I use lavender oil. U can also use peppermint and eucalyptus oil but don't forget to mix it with some carrier oil.

lifeisbeautiful09 Hi there, Yes I too suffer from Migraine, not very often but when I suffer I suffer like hell. But of late, I've been taking help of Aromatherapy to deal with it and the results were pretty decent. You can use any of these aromatherapy oils but DO NOT FORGET...
