Do you know what is the name of this plant?

I just know its chinese name called Qisecai, which means a kind of plant having seven colors. It belongs to a kind of beet. Please tell me its name in enlish. It would be a great help for me in study.

lilianyeah thanks a lot ~your explaination is really helpful. i've understood the general idea about this sentence. but i still have a question about the word "Mutual Indemnities" . does it mean to pay compensation by both parties or by only one party?
