lilionnafe okay what if i dont have a bank account am I s.o.l then. Because i thought that if you make a paypal you could just buy things and type something in i dont have a bank account so now what do i do?

I really need help. I am trying to start a penpal and its extremly hard im not sure how to set up an account so I can have the money I have been making. It is extremly confusing can someone please help me?

lilionnafe okay well mayb if i cant figuar it out you could help me out. i dont understand most the time and im not good at filling things out like that. Does the paypal car get sent to your house or is it an account you just put the number in and you can buy things?
