I have set a goal to try and complete a duathlon this year . This is a very intense race . hopefully i'll lose around 20 pounds while training for this event.

PackratsHouse I have more respect for firefighters than anyone else. Where you read about corruption in other service sectors I cant remember once for firemen. They truely put their life on the line everytime they go out on a call. Thanks.
